We typically use USPS to ship our packages, but will be monitoring the delivery times and may switch to UPS, if necessary!

Once we have passed our guaranteed holiday arrival shipping date, we continue to ship each day. Once the order is shipped, it’s turned over to the mail carrier and out of our hands. Due to increased mail volume, some orders will not be scanned upon arrival at the mail facility. In rare cases, they will arrive at their destination without ever being scanned in.

Domestic shipping

We do our best to get each order out as quickly as possible. On any given day the 3-5 of us involved are sewing and snipping flags, packing boxes for personal and wholesale orders, and taking care of all the operational and backend computer stuff. We are proud that we care of each little bit of our operation and we love seeing our flags getting picked up each day to go to all parts of our state and country (and sometimes other countries.)

Sometimes we get an order out the day it is placed. Sometimes the flag you need is not yet made and might take a few weeks to get through the process. As soon as it’s available and ready, we promise we’ll ship it.

We mostly ship via US Postal Service. Most of our flags are shipping within our state, and most arrive a day or two after being picked up. We do not share for shipping. When we ship across the country, it may take a few days longer, but we stills do not charge for shipping. We like to keep it simple.

Returns & Exchanges

If we shipped you the incorrect flag or if you ordered the wrong size or if some other reason you would like to return or exchange, please email us and we can help you get the flag back to us and a new one out to you. Please reach out within 30 days of your order with any return or exchange requests.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you feel your flag is faulty or if you feel it hasn’t remained in good condition as long as it should have, we’re happy to work with you on a solution. We make durable flags out of materials that are intended to be able to handle being outside, but sometimes the weather it tougher than expected, and sometimes a flag simply takes the brunt. We may be able to recondition or repair your old flag and also may be able to give you some help reconditioning it yourself. Sometimes, it’s time to retire and replace a flag, but our flags should last years when taken care of properly. If you don’t still have the care letter that shipped with your flag, you can find some good info here, but please email us if you need help repairing, fixing, or replacing your flag.
