We love making custom flags. We’ve made them for weddings, for boats, for retirement parties, for reunions, to replace old, worn-out flags, and just for fun. A custom flag can be a marker for your house or event. Share your idea with us and we’ll work to help create a flag that you’ll love for years.
The process can start with a verbal description, a drawing, a photo, or even a full design. We make flags using appliqué, which is great for flags that get attention from a distance and still look great up close. We only use fabrics that can stand up to the elements.
Once you show or describe your idea, we’ll create an initial design and share that back with you. Our process requires that each element (each letter or number, each stripe or separate shape) of a flag is cut and sewn separately. We think the best flag designs make their statement without too many complicated elements. A great flag is easily understood from first look and from a distance so we work to keep things as uncomplicated as possible while still honoring the event or idea.
We do not screen print or embroider, so we understand if the detail you are looking for in your design is not suited for the appliqué process we use to make our flags. We do love discussing flag ideas, so please share yours with us even if it may be complicated - We’ll always see what we can do.
